New Orleans, LA - April 22, 2008 - Home Automation, Inc. (HAI), leading manufacturer of integrated security and home automation products since 1985, announced today that Pronto Link, a ProntoScript integration module for the Philips TSU9400 Pronto remote is now available as a free download. This is in addition to the ProntoScript that allows integration with Ethernet-enabled HAI Omni and Lumina family controllers and the Philips TSU9600.
The slender vertically aligned Pronto TSU9400 features a bright vivid touchscreen. It is ultra-thin with a stunning 3.5 inch QVGA color touch screen ideal for graphics, a rotary wheel for easy multimedia scrolling and conveniently placed buttons.
Pronto Link allows a homeowner to use either the Philips TSU9600 or TSU9400 as a single remote to control his home theater; adjust lights, temperatures, and security settings; and control multi-room audio systems, such as the Hi-Fi by HAI system. Pronto-Link supports the Pronto's built-in Wi-Fi, which allows a homeowner to control their home from any room in the house. Pronto-Link automatically configures the home control screens so an installer can easily merge HAI's home control functionality into a standard Pronto project. HAI's Pronto Link is compatible with all Ethernet-enabled HAI Omni and Lumina family controllers.
"HAI is dedicated to giving our customers the flexibility to use a variety of interfaces", explains Thomas Pickral Sr., HAI Director of Distribution Sales. "And we're looking forward to being a worldwide partner with Philips in the Pronto integration."
Pronto Link is a free download from the ProntoScript for Philips Certified Installers portion of the Philips Pronto website, www.pronto.philips.com/prontoscript. You will have to login to download the file.
HAI products are available through a worldwide network of Distributors and installing dealers in over 80 countries. For more information, please visit www.homeauto.com or call 800-229-7256.
