As some of you may know, I received a
Philips ProntoPro TSU6000 a number of weeks ago and have been since working hard on both a brand new color CCF layout and a full review. I'm pleased to say that my new CCF file is practically complete (though not yet ready for release) and as for the review... well, I plan on having it online early next week - so be sure to tune in!
In addition, I'll be posting a workaround for what must be the most serious bugs discovered with the ProntoPro: the inability to use the far right hard button. As described in the Pronto forum, that button will always default to scroll functions, no matter the function assigned in ProntoProEdit. To complicate matters, the button cannot be modified on the actual remote. After much testing, I've come up with a mostly reliable method of getting it operational under all devices and will release instructions at the same time as the review. I'll also tell you about a new Easter egg that's been cleverly hidden in the ProntoPro!
