I've been working for some time now on the best way to incorporate a rating system into Remote Central's file archives. After much consideration, a design has been settled on - and since the best people to rate a file are those that actually use it, this is a user-based rating system. To vote on a file, just click on the little "thumbs up" icon on the top left of each listing, after which you'll be asked for more information including how you want to vote - "thumbs up" or "thumbs down". Since this is a new item, it'll initially be tested in the
Philips Pronto System CCF area, after which it will be integrated throughout all file areas.
I'd very much appreciate your feedback on this - including your opinion on whether you prefer the current "percent that gave a thumbs up" system, or whether you'd also like to see adjacent "thumbs down" data. For now, you can check out the new feature by clicking here.
