Pronto CCF: Due to some user requests I've come up with a new Pronto keyboard. It
uses the traditional QWERTY layout and mimics the built-in keyboard (which can't be used during
normal operation) by zooming when you press a section of screen. It doesn't operate quite as
"smoothly" as the original, but I've come up with some new graphics for it and it seems
pretty functional. You can preview or download it in the Design Elements
section of the Pronto's File Archives. Please let me know what you think!
-- Late Update --
I've cleaned up a lot of things in my CCF. I discovered that about one
third of my Sony learned codes wern't completely "clean" - some
were up to 4 times as long as they should be. I'm not sure why, but
it sometimes takes three or four tries before I can get good, clear
code. Odd, because Hitachi equipment learns fine the first time every
time... So, I visually checked every single code and fixed all those that
required it - including the DVD player, Television and all Receiver-related
devices. This saved about 5kb of space!
