Das Boot (2 votes) - Rate This Scene - Voting Breakdown Location: Start of side B Features: Excellent DD split surround effects, sounds like bolts are going to hit you in the head and makes you check the ceiling for leaks. Description: At the start of side B the U-Boat is diving trying to escape from a cruiser. The cruiser is dropping depth charges and it is those depth charges along with the pressure the boat is taking on by going so deep that causes the thing to start falling apart. You have bolts zinging across your room, leaks emerging from over your left shoulder, steam raging over your right shoulder. This movie will sell anyone on DD. Extremely impressive.

Dave Matthews Band - The Central Park Concert (2 votes) - Rate This Scene - Voting Breakdown Location: Cortez, The Killer Features: Very crisp DD 5.1 sound Description: The concert was shot in HD and the DVD is just amazing visually. I've watched it on a Sony Wega analog set and a DLP projector and they both looked great. The audio is the best I've ever heard for a concert. It is far better than a CD and the instruments sound fantastic. I'd highly recommend this DVD to anyone looking to show off their home theatre.
