Hello,

I have a One For All Essence 4 remote control.

I have followed the guide to learn a command.
To finish the process, I have to press the "Mono / Stéréo"
but this button is not present on my remote.

What should I do to finish the learning process?

Thank you for your help :)

That is not what the instructions say to do.

It says to hold the 'magic' button in the top left corner.

Hello,

The instructions say :

1. I press Magic button during 3 seconds
2. I enter the code : 975
3. I press the red button
4. I press the button I want to learn on the original remote
5. I press the new button on the All In One remote

6. To finish the learning, I have to press "Mono / Stereo" on the All In One remote
7. I press Magic button during 3 seconds

The instructions I read for this remote, does NOT say anything about "Mono / Stereo".
I think you got a misprinted manual.

The instructions are online at the website. They also have the manual available to download at the link above.

Reading in the manual, I noticed it gave an example of learning a button from a remote called "Mono / Stereo".
I didn't realize until now that English might not be your 1st language, so you might have gotten confused by the instructions giving an "example" of how to learn a button to the OneForAll remote. The "Mono / Stereo" button was on a remote that they were giving an example of how to learn 'that' button into the OneForAll remote.

Hello,

You are right, English is not my 1st language and the instructions is an example.

I have now correctly set up my All In One remote.

Thanks :)
