I somehow borked something yesterday when changing a projector lamp. I ran it up and down a few times while testing things out afterwards, and left. Apparently today it got hung up on an HDMI cable. I do not know how it did not pull it out of the AVPro extender, but it held the lift from lowering properly, and the cables slacked over the drum. Client called immediately and I was able to run out there to assess.

Power from wall to control box in lift. No power to motor. I am unsure if there is any kind of safety switch or breaker inside the transformer box or not. It is not accessible without removing the assembly from the ceiling completely.

Does anyone have any experience with these? The company seems to be out of business. Thanks!

Not sure which model you are looking at, but there seems to be some manuals available online

This one mentions a fuse in the transformer section
