My 10" Philisp LCD can work with any of the power control codes available in files section, I have the learning codes for Standby and Source.
Can someone help me with power on and power off codes.

Standby:

Try this one,
OFF
0000 0073 0000 0014 0060 0020 0010 0020 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0020 0020 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0020 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0020 0020 0BE1

If that does not work, have you tried any discrete input codes? Because if the input codes don't work the TV may not support discrete's or Philips have changed them.

EDIT
I have a Database File with 512 hex codes that you use to search for them. Try the RC6 codes first.
