I needed an original remote to set up my Magnavox DVD TV* because my universal remotes did not have all of the keys necessary to do so. Remotes World sold me a clone remote with all of the original key functions pre-loaded.**

After I got it, I asked if they had a clone remote for my Toshiba DVD/VCR. Instead of selling me another remote, they downloaded its complete key set into my first one (in the the second of four available positions). It has a mini-USB port for that purpose.

The Toshiba key set was complete right away.

**The Magnavox key set initially had some omissions, but they corrected that quickly through the same download feature.

I just downloaded the key set for my Funai/Emerson TV [M# LF320EM4A]. It works great.

Through their customer service, I downloaded a program that allowed me to download more of their key sets.
It also allowed me to move the keys to my liking and to capture the key sets of the OEM remotes that I have on-hand. 

I just downloaded the key set for my wife's Aiwa CX-NAJ20 stereo [OEM remote = RC-ZAS02]. After a little back-and-forth, all keys are working perfectly.
